We may obtain personal information about you when you place an instruction for our services and to ensure that any instruction ordered is delivered to the address specified we may also use personal information to prevent fraud.

When you place an instruction with us we may contact you using details that you provide to confirm that we are willing to undertake your order in acordance with your instruction and according to our own standards. We may also contact you to advise of any delay in delivering your instruction.

All completed energy performance reports will be registered under Government Landmark Registration.
